I got my spark back with her help (Dr. Huma Agha)
Dr. Huma!!! A person about whom I came to know from one of my colleagues during the most terrible part of my life. She said to me, “When she speaks, it feels like therapy,” and when I talked to her for the first time, I agreed with my colleague. I approached her and told her that “I want my spark back” and “I want to get back to life.” I was suffering from severe depression at that time with a score of 39 on the Beck Depression Inventory (BDI) Test. She believed in me more than I did, and she is one of the people, along with my family, who helped me get out of a miserable life. And Alhamdulillah! Within exactly 2 months, I am a normal human being living life to the fullest, with a “No-depression” recognition and a 10 score in the Beck Depression Inventory Test, which means NO DEPRESSION.
